Periods should end a sentence.

Not a Girls Education

At least 500 million girls globally live in period poverty.  Without access to proper education and period products, girls are often forced to stay home from school during their periods. This leads them to miss anywhere from 10-20% of school days. Sometimes, they drop out of school completely.

This is not just a third world problem!

Everyone, everywhere,  MUST start talking about periods, they need to be NORMALISED.

Our Mission

WE BELIEVE IN TALKING

Encouraging people around the globe to talk openly about female menstrual health matters is the only way way we can really remove the taboo. Here at Lady Talk Matters we work closely with other leading charities to:

  • Provide access to reliable educational material.

  • Promote awareness and encourage open discussions.

  • Inspire and empower women and girls to talk about their reproductive health.

  • Provide basic sanitary products for those women and girls in need.

  • Provide a social support network for women and girls experiencing reproductive issues.
